Welcome to USF!
Do you want to be familiar with USF traditions, involvement opportunities, and the campus before classes start? Do you want to meet

of those questions, then get ready… for USF Week of Welcome! Week of Welcome starts the first day of move in, in the fall semester,
and continues through the first week of classes. Get ready for an experience like you have never had before! Live the tradition,
join the stampede!
What is Week of Welcome?
Week of Welcome (WOW) is a campus-wide celebration that takes place each fall and spring semester. It's the perfect time for
students to experience some of the traditions and organizations that USF has to offer. Students who are looking to get engaged
and ready for the new school year should definitely not miss WOW! Students can use their WOW brochure as a specialized guide
to the beginning of the semester. WOW brochures are available in the NSC office, at the Information Desk in the Marshall Student
Center, on NSC's Facebook page, or online!
New Student Connections Signature Programs During WOW:
Week of Welcome hosts a schedule of signature coordinated programs and events that enhance the start of students'
USF adventure! During this time, students can participate in USF traditions, shared experiences, and different support
services as they transition into college. These are programs geared to help new students find their place on campus,

The WOW Brochure: A Guide to the Events
Have you started to think about activities, events, and any other special promotions that you would like to offer during USF’s fall or spring Week of Welcome?
This program is an opportunity for your department, office, or student organization to introduce you to all USF students and gives your staff or members an opportunity to interact with our new first-year and transfer students. In this section, you will find a checklist to guide you through the event sponsor process.

Marketing Your Event: The majority of the marketing tools are free to submit for widespread distribution in which your message will reach thousands of students! Although there is much more, the Note-a-Bull Newsletter and Marshall Student Center full color LCD screens are two instrumental marketing methods that are available to participating groups.
